I originally wanted to let the cat out of the bag last night, but this nagging headache was not as flexible as I hoped it would be. Which is why you see me blogging in the middle of a Wednesday evening.
I’m realizing a dream of mine – one that I’ve worked very hard to achieve and I’m finally able to bring to you. Starting in September, I will be embarking on another facet of Soulafrodisiac with Soulafrodisiac Sessions. These “sessions” will cover anything from fashion, beauty, community relations and of course, music. I love to have fun just as much as the next person, but I also feel there should be a balance of thought-provoking town hall meetings right alongside an evening of solid musical vibes and hot red Louboutins. 😉
My first event will be taking place on September 17th, 2011 at the infamous Trane Studios. It will be part of the fantastic festivities happening all weekend for The Toronto Natural Hair & Beauty Show! It will be a day of beauty, networking and great vibes with the one and only AFROBELLA! Yes, the same Afrobella who’s MAC lipgloss – “All Of My Purple Life” – is back for a limited time only! The same Afrobella who’s fabulous blog is a must read to many die-hard beauty/natural hair care/fashion/culture fanatics. The same lovely woman featured in the flyer above!
